Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This policy covers www.apsisline.com— the public Apsis Line website operated by Big Head Consulting (“we,” “us”). The short version: this site is informational, and we designed it to collect as little as possible.

What this site collects

  • Nothing you don’t send us. The public site has no account signup, no loan or credit application forms, and no chat widgets. The only ways you give us personal information here are by emailing us or by submitting the walkthrough-request form below.
  • Email you send voluntarily. If you contact robert@apsisline.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to respond and to schedule what you asked for; we do not add you to marketing lists or sell or share your information.
  • The walkthrough-request form. The Contact page has one form: a request to schedule a product walkthrough. If you use it, we receive what you enter — your name, work email, institution, role, LOS, the focus you chose, preferred times, any notes, and the email addresses of colleagues you ask us to invite. The request is delivered to us as an email and used solely to schedule and hold the walkthrough; it is not stored in a marketing database, and no one is added to a mailing list. Only provide a colleague’s email with their knowledge.
  • Ordinary hosting logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) records standard web-server request data — IP address, requested page, user agent, timestamp — used for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and keeping the site up. These logs are retained on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.
  • No cookies set by our marketing pages.
  • No sale, rental, or sharing of personal information — with anyone, for anything.
  • No cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling.

The product is a different surface

The Apsis Line platform itself — the borrower journey and lender workspaces behind authentication — processes loan-application data under written agreements with each lender client and the consents captured from each applicant inside the product. In that relationship, the lender is the financial institution that owns the customer relationship, and Big Head Consulting acts as the lender’s service provider(a “processor” / “service provider” in privacy-law terms): platform data is handled on the lender’s documented instructions, under the lender’s Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Regulation P) privacy notices and information-security program, and under the data-processing terms of each platform agreement. That processing is governed by those agreements and the lender’s own notices, not by this website policy. Prospective clients can review the platform’s data-handling architecture during evaluation — see Security.

Your choices and rights

If you have emailed us or submitted the walkthrough form and would like that correspondence deleted, or want to know what we hold about you (typically: your emails), write to robert@apsisline.com and we will act on the request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, or similar laws in other states; because this site collects so little, honoring these requests is usually a matter of deleting an email thread. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in such laws.

Children

This site is a business-to-business surface and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If the site ever begins collecting more than described here — for example, if we add product analytics or another form — this policy will be updated first, with the date above revised.
