One engine. One file. Five surfaces.
Most point-of-sale stacks are a collection of tools that disagree with each other: the borrower sees one number, the loan officer another, the loan origination system (LOS) a third. We built Apsis Line so that can’t happen. One deterministic engine renders the same file to the borrower, the loan officer and your leadership, and everything downstream inherits its discipline.
Borrower Journey
Your borrower completes a cash-out refinance or a purchase pre-approval alone, on rails, with the consent gates and e-sign disclosures built in. A home-equity comparison routes them to the right one. Explore the borrower journey →
Borrower Portal
Where your borrower comes back to a file that already exists. They can resume the application, see where it stands, upload documents to a private store and message their loan officer. Your staff can view it during a call, and only when the borrower grants it. More on the borrower side →
Loan Officer Workspace
Your loan officers get the full Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), Form 1003, vendor services in one tray, and the self-serve files in the same pipeline. The disclosure launch won’t fire on an unclean file. Explore the workspace →
Processor Workspace
Your processors work the document chase from one desk: open conditions and the service orders the platform placed, across the whole book. We kept it lean on purpose, so the deep per-loan work stays in the loan officer workspace. More on the staff side →
Intelligence
We built it to tie evidence to outcomes: experiment arms, conversion signals, pricing-choice performance, and re-engagement for the leads that stall. Explore the intelligence layer →
What we mean by “one platform”
- One calculation engine. Payment, loan-to-value (LTV), funding fees, mortgage insurance and consolidation math all come from one deterministic library. The workbench, the review screen, the disclosure package and the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) push all read from it. Give it the same inputs and you get the same outputs, byte for byte, every time.
- One file. A borrower who starts self-serve and finishes with a loan officer keeps the same application. Nobody re-keys anything, and nobody hears “let me just get some of that information again.” Your loan officer picks up a mid-journey file with everything intact.
- One tenant configuration. Your brand, palette, program overlays and vendor connections all resolve from one registry entry. Adding a lender is configuration work, and we don’t fork the code to do it. Your borrower sees your domain and your brand.
- One LOS connection, to the LOS you already run. Your LOS stays the system of record. The application push (MISMO 3.4, the industry-standard interchange), service orders, disclosure generation and status write-backs all ride one governed connection. On Encompass today, we’ve built loan create and field-level read/write. We’ve built service orders and disclosures to the published contracts of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and they run simulated until you connect your sandbox. None of it has run against a live Encompass instance yet. We built the same seams to wire to any MISMO-capable LOS, so adding a second LOS means an integration project. We don’t rewrite the platform to do it. See the full integration surface →
Where we sit: Apsis Line is an intelligent middleware layer above your LOS. We built it to get more out of the LOS investment you’ve already made, upstream of underwriting, whichever LOS you run. We don’t replace your LOS, we don’t re-decision credit, and we don’t introduce a second source of truth.
